Fire Tower Apartments (new name) is an extensive remodel of the current 1970's vintage Serendipity Apartment Complex. In an effort to improve affordable downtown living in Helena, the new owner, Wishcamper Development, is working with Mosaic to make substantial improvements to apartment interiors, common spaces and exteriors including public spaces, ADA access, and community presence. As a focal point at the bottom of Broadway along Park Street, Fire Tower's face lift will contribute significantly to the overall revitalization of downtown Helena.
