Working with Superior Northwest Development and Westmont Inc., Mosaic created this first, five-acre phase of a mixed use development. The project fronts a major arterial street in Bozeman and contains office and retail space. The design focuses around clustering the buildings to create defined outdoor plaza and pedestrian areas highlighting the stream corridor which bisects the property. Currently three of the five planned buildings are complete.
