Another LEED project by Mosaic - this time PLATINUM! This house received top honors with an energy conscious design, recycled materials, and a great infill site in the heart of Helena. Existing evergreen trees to the west shade harsh afternoon sun while large expanses of windows open to the south to help warm the house during chilly winter months. A polished concrete floor not only serves as a great finished floor, but also retains heat in the winter. A PV array on the garage roof helps provide electricity to the house.
